Item Description
This gift card allows you to purchase a set value that will be applied towards a membership pay as you go rate. Gift card value expires after 1 year. Gift cards can not be used in conjunction with any promotion, special deal, Yelp or Groupon. Gift certificate value can not be refunded for cash. If a membership is cancelled a credit will be issued. Gift value cannot be transfered. Valid ID is required and must match the name on the certificate. Call 401-714-0340 for more details. Void where prohibited.
